Payment

We currently accept payment from PayPal and Credit and Debit Cards through Etsy's payment processing system. We also accept Credit and Debit cards through our website!

Shipping

Printables are sold as digital files, no physical product is shipped. All digital files purchased are sent to your inbox within two business days.

If you've ordered a physical print or print package, all items are shipped within two business days. Please note that all stamps & printed products must be approved by the customer before production begins. Standard shipping takes 8-10 business days to arrive.

Refunds & Returns

All templates are sold as digital files, so once a customer has paid and downloaded the file, the customer cannot return the item as they would a physical product. This is why we do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital products. If you're having trouble with your digital file, please send us a message, we are happy to help!

Printed invitations are customized to you and cannot be resold, therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. For all printed invitations, we send proofs to your inbox for your approval - nothing is printed until you approve the design. Once you approve the design, we are not responsible for any misprints/spelling errors that you did not correct.

If there is a quality issue or a misprint on our end, we are happy to provide a replacement.

If you wish to return an eligible item (non-customized cards & mugs) the buyer is responsible for all return postage. No refund will be given until the item has been received.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on anything if we have already begun processing the order.
If you need to cancel your order, kindly send us a message within one hour of ordering.

Copyright

The designs created by Aceti Design Co. are created for personal use only.
You may not claim the designs as your own or re-sell on any online store.

Disclaimer

All printers and monitors have slight color differences. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for printing errors if you have only purchased a digital file.

International Customers

We love working with clients all over the world. All pricing on our website is set in USD. If your package is held at customs, this can lengthen the shipping time and Aceti Design Co. holds no responsibility for this delay.

Turnaround time for digital proofs is the same whether your order is shipping down the street or to Thailand. Click here to read about the order process. Once you've approved your proof, the order moves to production. Just like domestic customers, your order will be shipped within two business days. Shipping costs vary per item, quantity and shipping speed.

Our standard international shipping times are outlined below:

North America: 3-8 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-15 business days

Asia Pacific: 8-12 business days

North Africa and the Middle East: 8-12 business days

**We also offer 3-business day and 5-business day rush shipping options for North America, Europe & the UK.
